- Central location near many nearby shops, bars, and restaurants
- 50-person standing room
- Wrap-around bench seating with 16 outdoor pillows for added ambiance
- 2 six-foot picnic tables with bench seating
- String Lights and Exposed Brick
- Sunshade May - September
- Access to our in-store bathroom (typically closed to public)
Optional Free Add-ons By Request
- 1 extra six-foot fold-out table
- 10 small blankets for cold weather.
- 2 pink table runners
- 2 cactus-shaped beverage dispensers

Pricing
Pop-ups or events may only be hosted during Store Hours (Tuesday - Sunday 11AM - 6PM). If you would like to schedule outside of store hours or for less than 2 hours, email us at hello@fernandskye.com for a custom rate.
$40 / hr. OR 15% of sales (whichever one is lower) for:
- Maker / Artist Workshops
- Community Education Classes
- Private Photoshoot Sessions
- Workout / Fitness Classes
- 2 hour minimum
$100 / hr. for:
- Private Corporate Events
- Parties or Special Occasions
- 2 hour minimum
